1. Right of Withdrawal

At BonBonButter, your satisfaction comes first! That’s why we offer a 90-day reflection period. During this time, you may return the product without giving a reason. Please note the conditions: the packaging must be sealed and undamaged.

2. Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal

  • Notify your return: To make use of your right of withdrawal, send us an email within 90 days of receiving your order at info@BonBonButter.com.
  • Return shipment: After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the product to the following address:

  • Return shipping costs: Once you've notified us by email, we’ll generate a return label for you. We cover the return shipping costs, so you can return the item free of charge.

3. Return Conditions

  • Product condition: To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. This means the packaging must be unopened and sealed.

4. Refunds

  • Refund process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a confirmation. The full purchase amount, including any shipping fees, will be refunded within 5 days. We reserve the right to delay the refund until the goods have been received or you have provided proof of return, whichever comes first.
  • Refund method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly requested otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund.

5. Product Exchanges

Prefer to exchange a product? That’s possible! Contact us at info@BonBonButter.com to start the exchange process. Exchanges are only possible for items of equal or greater value, subject to availability.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

Received a defective or damaged item? Contact us as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after delivery, via info@BonBonButter.com. We’ll send you a replacement product at no cost or issue a refund.
