2. Shipping Costs
- For the UK: Shipping is free on all orders.
- International (outside the UK): Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country. The exact shipping fee will be shown at checkout.
3. Delivery Time
- For the UK: Orders placed before 7:30 pm are delivered within 3 working days.
- International: Delivery times for international orders vary by destination, with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 20 business days.
- Delays: Although we do our best to deliver within the stated timeframes, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If this happens, we will inform you as soon as possible.
4. Shipping Methods
- We work with EVRi to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time.
- All parcels include a tracking number, which will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.
5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel on the courier’s website.
- Please check your spam or junk folder if you have not received the confirmation email.
6. Undeliverable Packages
- If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was not collected in time from a pickup point, it may be returned to us. In that case, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment, which may be subject to additional shipping charges.
7. Damage and Loss During Shipping
- We pack our products with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged parcel, please contact us within 48 hours at info@BonBonButter.com and include photos of the damage and the packaging.
- If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement product, depending on your preference.
8. International Customs and Import Duties
- For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures in the destination country.
